against manufacturing defects and unnatural wear when used In accordance with the core and use the information provided, and only use for which it is intended.

The quality guarantee does not cover any damage by misuse or abuse. If a quality issue occurs, Equip reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the product prior to providing an exchange or refund. To make a claim under the quality guarantee, please provide images and a copy of your receipt to [email protected] for assessment.

You are entitled to have the product replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Equip cookware is designed to make cooking easier, more efficient, and best of all easy to clean. By following the below Care & Use instructions you will protect the non-stick coating and prolong the life of your cookware.

• Before use, remove all packaging and hand wash your cookware in warm soapy water.
• Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Equip Marble is suitable for all cooktops, including Induction, Halogen, Electric, Ceramic, and Gas.
• When using with Induction cooktops please refer to your cooktop manual to ensure the Marble range is suitable and follow use instructions.
• Equip cookware is Oven Safe to 240°C, and 180°C, when used with glass lids.
• We recommend cooking using a low to medium heat source that allows the cookware to heat up gradually. Using on excessively high heat, or boost mode continuously can cause heat stress, resulting in damage to the non-stick cooking surface and base of the cookware.
• Ensure that the heat source does not exceed the base of the cookware.
• To protect the interior non-stick cooking surface use only wooden, nylon or silicone cooking utensils.
• Do not use any metal objects or cut on the non-stick cooking surface as this will cause irreparable damage.
• Do not leave your cookware empty on the heat source or leave unattended for any period of time.
• Do not use spray oils on the non-stick surface as the fine residue will burn and stick, affecting the non-stick performance and food release properties.
• While Equip Cookware is dishwasher safe, to prolong the non-stick cooking performance we recommend hand washing with a mild detergent and soft nylon scourer.
• Do not use metal or harsh scourers as this can damage the non-stick cooking surface.
• Do not immerse hot cookware directly into cold water. This can permanently warp the pan and damage the non-stick cooking surface.
