Equip quality guarantee.
All Equip cookware comes with a quality guarantee on materials, workmanship and function. The benefits provided to you by the quality guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
The Equip Quality Guarantee protects the original purchaser/owner against manufacturing defects and unnatural wear when used in accordance with the core and use the information provided, and only use for which it is intended.
The quality guarantee does not cover any damage by misuse or abuse. If a quality issue occurs, Equip reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the product prior to providing an exchange or refund. To make a claim under the quality guarantee, please provide images and a copy of your receipt to pd@equipcookware.com for assessment.
You are entitled to have the product replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
