Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Method
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, cooking wine and brown sugar. - Stir and set aside.
Heat oil in the Equip KIN. wok. Add garlic and sauté over medium heat until it starts to brown. The garlic adds flavour to the oil.
Add prawns and stir fry through sauce.
Fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the water and stir for 30 seconds.
Serve
Garnish with spring onions.
